She's Come Undone.. by Wally Lamb is a good book to read if you like books on ppl's messed up lives.
Reply:You should try Go Ask Alice. Its a book by anonymous author and perfect suitable for your taste.
Reply:Well, it depends how old you are:
A good middle schooler book is Gregor the Overlander by Suzanne Collins...
Steven King is good, and my brother likes Dale Brown... not sure how good that is...
Harry Potter is a great all-age series

Reply:Try "Memory Keeper's Daughter" by Kim Edwards. This was an excellent book! It's about this couple who has twins - one girl and one boy - and after the birth, the father (a doctor) discovers the girl has Down Syndrome. So, he tells his wife that she died and gives the baby to an institution. The whole book is about their lives (both the daughter's and the rest of the family's) and how they run parallel for about 30 years. Those are some pretty messed up folks. ;o) It was excellent.
Reply:I know two books that I can recommend to you. It's "The Pretties" and the "The Uglies". I'm a bookworm too but I am more into fantasy rather than into problem books. Here are a few great books: Eragon, Harry Potter books, Series of Unfortunate Events, Inkspell, and Inkheart.
Reply:The Time Traveler's Wife.
